REGRESSION THERAPY

Sometimes our own thoughts and feelings defy plausible explanations: 

“Why can’t I change this?” 

“Why am I afraid of something like that?” 

“This drives me crazy – why?” 

It’s not only your own emotions that confuse you in certain situations and often make you unable to act.

Regression therapy finds the causes of such complaints in one’s own past and childhood and can fundamentally solve them through renewed experience, understanding and energy work.

OUR BODY DOES NOT FORGET ANYTHING

It stores every bit of information in its cells, every small and large injury to our soul. Bad experiences often settle somewhere in the body as anger, sadness or fear. 

If you leave them untreated, they fester, rob you of precious energy, paralyze, block, and can develop into psychological impairments, chronic exhaustion or physical complaints, even if the triggering event happened a long time ago, has been repressed and long forgotten.

IDENTIFY THE ROOTS OF LONG-STANDING PROBLEMS

Forgotten or repressed experiences can be finally understood through renewed experiences (catharsis), revealed as unnecessary and discarded. In this way, regression therapy reconciles with the past, releases old blockages, frees energies, and provides inner peace, clarity, serenity while improving physical and mental health.

Although regression involves working with one’s own consciousness, our body is the most reliable guide. In regression, consciousness connects with the body and the body helps to make forgotten events conscious. The body is the indispensable ally on this path. It is never an enemy, but a friend who attentively helps you regain your full potential.

It differs from other forms of treatment mainly in the assumption that you yourself know the answer to your questions. The therapist does not diagnose what is wrong with you. You hold the key to your own healing. I help to filter out your issues while being a reliable companion on your journey of discovery to where your problem awaits for a solution.
